Dr. Ireoluwa Sobogun
Psychologist (Supervised Practice)
Dr. Sobogun is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychologist in Supervised Practice. She holds a doctoral degree from City, University of London, and a master’s degree from the University of Warwick, both in the United Kingdom (UK).
Dr Sobogun has worked in various settings within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), including the Parents’ Wellbeing Service, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Service, and the Eating Disorder Service. She has experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and has a special interest in addressing systemic barriers to mental health, particularly for individuals from marginalized communities.
Dr. Sobogun takes an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Systemic and Narrative Therapy. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and tailored therapeutic experience that meets the unique needs of each individual.
