Following graduation, she worked in outpatient mental health triage and supported pregnant, postpartum, and perimenopausal individuals at the Women’s Health Concerns Clinic at St. Joseph’s West 5th hospital. She loves learning about different therapeutic modalities, and has attended workshops and conferences related to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Self Compassion, and more.
