We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness to help people overcome challenges to live more satisfying and productive lives.
We use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other related evidence-based approaches, to help people understand and find solutions to their current challenges. Although treatment length can vary, all evidence-based treatments are time-limited.
