Dr. Lindsay Bryant

Psychologist (Supervised Practice)

Dr. Lindsay Bryant is a child and adolescent Psychologist in Supervised Practice. She provides support to parents, children, and adolescents who are struggling with mood, anxiety, self-injury, suicidality, peer relationships, and complex family dynamics. In working with your loved one, Lindsay integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Treatment is always tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of her clients, and typically involves both individual support and parent involvement. Dr. Bryant strives to create an environment in which her clients feel empowered, understood and appreciated.
Dr. Bryant received both her master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Guelph in the clinical child and adolescent psychology program. She has completed training and worked in a variety of settings including the Halton District School Board, SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health, and completed her residency with McMaster Children’s Hospital/Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre (Hamilton Health Sciences). Dr. Bryant has also received training in several private practices, including the Centre for Psychological Services at the University of Guelph. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Bryant enjoys nature walks and spending quality time with her dogs and cat.
