Our goal is to empower people to overcome challenges and lead a rich, full, and meaningful life.
Our qualified mental health professionals create a safe, accepting and compassionate space in order to help people manage their mental health challenges. We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT. These approaches have consistently proven to be effective treatments for most mental health difficulties.

Take the first step. Contact one of our Client Care Coordinators by phone or email for more information on our services or to book an appointment with one of our clinicians.
Your first appointment will be an assessment session. This is where your clinician will gather the information required to develop a treatment plan to help manage your challenges.
Once a treatment plan is developed you will attend regular sessions with your clinician and work towards your goals and overcoming your mental health challenges to lead a rich, full and meaningful life.
Our diverse team is made up of psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers who provide mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families. We are able to provide services in different languages.
