Individual Therapy

Providing individuals with the tools they need to live a self-empowered, rich, and meaningful life

During individual therapy you will work one on one with your therapist and focus on your presenting concerns, this could include things like depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood disorders. Our clinicians use CBT and other related empirically supported treatments to help clients overcome their challenges.

Individual Therapy

What to expect:

You’ll meet with your therapist over one or two assessment sessions.

During these sessions your therapist will gain an understanding of your concerns, circumstances, and develop a plan for treatment. Individual sessions typically happen weekly for one hour. Most clients can expect to attend 4 to 16 sessions.
