We use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence based approaches, to help people understand and find solutions to their current challenges.
Common issues we address include depression, stress and anxiety, insomnia, behavioural change, diet, bereavement, phobias and other personal challenges.
- CBT is a time-limited intervention, and most difficulties can be addressed in 8 to 16 sessions
