What is Dialectical Behavior Therapy?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based program of therapy for individuals experiencing strong up-and-down emotions, suicidal thinking, and self-harm. Often, these individuals have trouble benefiting from other therapy. About our Program

The DBT program is 6 months to 1 year long, depending on how quickly you responds to the program. Six months is the shortest possible time, and many patients continue for one full year.

We are currently offering our DBT program for adolescents  and young adults . We have a diverse team of therapists with a variety of backgrounds and clinical experiences. All therapists have official training from Behavioral Tech (Marsha Linehan’s certified training program) or supervision from a trained Psychologist.
